Since its inception in 1996, Marianne Boesky’s mission has been to represent and support the work of contemporary international artists of all media. In 2017, the gallery opened its newest location, Boesky West, in Aspen, CO. With three locations in New York and Aspen, the gallery currently represents 30 esteemed artists of different generations and backgrounds. These recent expansions highlight the gallery's ongoing experimentations with space and architecture as well as its continued commitment to the needs and interests of its dynamic roster of artists from around the globe.

Svenja Deininger

Svenja Deininger (B. Vienna, 1974) studied at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf (under Professor Albert Oehlen), Düsseldorf, Germany. She has had Solo Exhibitions in New York City and throughout Europe, including Marianne Boesky Gallery, NYC, New York; Federica Schiavo Gallery, Milan; Joslyn Art Museum, Omaha, NE; Secession, Vienna; Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, FL; Galerie Martin Janda, Vienna; Kunsthalle Krems/Factory, Krems, Austria; and Osterreichisches Kulturforum, Warsaw. Her work is currently on view at Neues Museum, Nürnberg as part of the group exhibition Testbild. Deininger lives and works in Vienna.
