Nino Mier Gallery opened its doors in the winter of 2014 with a clear focus of bringing an international program to Los Angeles. Nino Mier began collecting locally and internationally, being a self-taught student of the art world and art history. What started as a simple passion and hobby soon became a full time obsession and career. This naturally led to establishing a full-time advisory firm with a focus on championing emerging international and local artists. Opening Nino Mier Gallery was the next logical step and is a continuation of Mier’s advisory business: building a strong, comprehensive and cohesive program of local and international artists ranging from emerging to internationally acclaimed. Focused heavily on painting, Mier has a focus on his homeland, the Rhineland region. Nino Mier Gallery currently has locations in Los Angeles, CA, and Köln, Germany.
